Pharmaceutical Packaging Manufacturer: Custom Cartons, Inserts & Labels
MAX Solutions manufactures custom pharmaceutical packaging for prescription, OTC, nutraceutical and medical device brands: printed folding cartons, inserts and leaflets, labels, and braille-embossed cartons. Our quality procedures are developed in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FDA cGMP, our printing is G7 Master qualified, and we produce from plants across the US and Canada.
Custom Pharmaceutical Packaging That Protects Your Product and Your Patients
Every pharmaceutical product has its own protection, labeling and handling needs. We specialize in printed secondary packaging: the cartons, inserts and labels that carry your brand, your regulatory text and your patient instructions.
Price and capacity are only part of the decision. Drug makers should look at quality systems, inspection, color control, continuity of supply and how well a supplier manages a project. Here is how we address each.
Our leadership brings 40+ years in specialty packaging. Because for us, it’s always bigger than packaging.

What Sets MAX Apart from Other Pharmaceutical Packaging Companies
Quality, inspection, color control and continuity of supply, built into how we work.
ISO 9001:2015 and cGMP
Every SOP is developed in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FDA cGMP, supported by QISS from the Quality Institute of America.
In-line inspection
In-press color control, in-line inspection and power registration. Folder-gluers detect and eject defective cartons before they ship.
Braille at the gluing stage
Interchangeable embossing sleeves add braille without a separate pass, reducing cost and lead time.
Color across SKUs and runs
G7 Master qualified crews and presses; extended gamut reaches up to 95% of PMS colors.
In-house tooling
Gerber CAD/CAM die tooling and blanking die-cutters for faster changes.
Multi-plant continuity
Duplicate technologies and cloud-based systems let production plans move quickly. The MAX Advantage
Dedicated project team
Our MAX Project team in Burbank, CA handles complex custom work from structure and prototype to production.
Turnkey delivery
With third-party logistics partners we add assembly, kitting and warehousing.
Quality Controls Drug Makers Can Audit
Packaging suppliers are not “FDA approved,” so we show you our controls and documentation instead. Regulatory requirements differ for each product and market, so always confirm them with your regulatory team.
Audit-ready controls
- Quality system: ISO 9001:2015-based procedures, cGMP-aligned SOPs, QISS.
- Print control: G7 Master, in-press color control, power registration.
- Inspection: in-line inspection, detection and ejection on folder-gluers.
- Traceability: inkjet unique, sequential or randomized codes.
- Compliance reporting: annual Bill S-211 supply-chain reports.
